Lamborghini launches its third model the Lamborghini Urus, the first Super SUV, and creates a new niche in the luxury segment with benchmarking power, performance and driving dynamics, unparalleled design, luxury and daily usability.
The Lamborghini Urus features a 4.0 liter V8 twin-turbo engine delivering 650 horsepower (478 kW) at 6,000 rpm, maximum 6,800 rpm, and 850 Nm of maximum torque already at 2,250 rpm. With 162.7 hp/l the Urus claims one of the highest specific power outputs in its class and the best weight-to-power ratio at 3,38 kg/hp.
The Lamborghini Urus accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0-62mph) in 3.6 seconds, 0-200 km/h (0-124mph) in 12,8 seconds and with a top speed of 305 km/h (189mph) it is the fastest SUV available.
Braking is no less impressive: the Urus decelerates from 100 km/h to 0 in 33,7 m.

Its basic design is almost 40 years old, it’s tall and boxy, the suspension is soft, the gas mileage is scandalous, and the base price tops $120,000. If your goal is Kardashian-level visibility, however, then the G550 is just the ticket. It’s quick, with its 416-hp twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8, all-wheel drive, and a seven-speed automatic. The interior is full of tech and ample comfort. Behind the wheel is where it all begins to make good sense. An all-new G-class goes on sale soon as a 2019 model.

While it may look similar, the primary goals from the outset were to improve things you can’t readily see, primarily among them overall rigidity. Increased stiffness was accomplished by focusing on the construction of the body and the connections between the suspension, the drivetrain, and the all-new ladder frame. During the process, additional care was taken to create tighter body panel gaps and provide more stylish integration of the wheel arches and bumpers. The body shell is constructed with various grades of steel while the doors, hood, and fenders are aluminum. G-wagen faithful will notice two exterior similarities: The spare-tire cover and the door handles are the exact same parts found on the outgoing model. (The only other carryover part is the headlight washers.) Look closely, though, and you’ll see a—gasp!—curved-glass windshield. Rest assured, the remaining glass is as flat as a frozen lake.
The G-wagen is nominally larger too, measuring 2.1 inches longer and 4.8 inches wider than the outgoing model—but it’s also a reported 375 pounds leaner. Interior space has increased, with front legroom up by 1.5 inches and rear legroom up by a whopping 5.9 inches. Shoulder and elbow room are up slightly as well.
Interior aesthetics are evolutionary, blending the current Mercedes design ethos with traditional G-class touchstones such as the passenger grab handle and silver switches for the three differential locks. Traditional round instruments and a 12.3-inch navigation display are standard, although an optional wide-screen gauge display can be specified that features digital round instruments. Heated front and rear seats, leather, three-zone automatic climate control, a glass-panel sunroof (a first for the G-class), acoustic laminated side glass, and a Burmester audio system all make the standard-equipment list. The real victory in terms of the interior redesign is the arrival of dual cupholders front and rear, signaling the end of the line for the G-class’s quirky Nerf-basketball-net-like mesh front drink holder.

The major powertrain update won’t come until 2019, when the Range Rover P400e plug-in hybrid joins the lineup (alongside a plug-in-hybrid version of the Range Rover Sport). For 2018 only the 5.0-liter supercharged V-8 sees any noteworthy change, gaining eight horsepower (for a total of 518) in Supercharged and Autobiography models and seven horsepower (to 557) in the SVAutobiography Dynamic. The turbo-diesel 3.0-liter V-6 with 254 horsepower and 442 lb-ft returns on SE and HSE trims, while the supercharged gasoline 3.0-liter V-6 comes in either 340- or 380-hp strengths. A revised two-speed transfer case and Low Traction Launch system complement the Rover’s hefty off-road credentials.
Prices rise modestly, although that shouldn’t concern the majority of Range Rover owners. The base 2018 SE model starts at $88,345, while the HSE is $95,045. The diesel Td6 adds $2000 to either trim and brings with it an estimated 658-mile cruising range. It’s impossible to grab a V-8 for less than $105,000. The top SVAutobiography Dynamic is almost fully loaded at $178,195, although it’s easy to approach $200,000 when indulging in optional paints, wheels, and a $2040 carbon-fiber engine cover. Deliveries commence next summer, so there’s still time for HRH Prince William to figure out exactly which model he’ll choose.

The passenger compartment of the Velar remained stable in the frontal offset test. Protection of the passenger dummy was good for all critical body areas. Protection of the knees and femurs was good for both dummies and a similar level of protection is provided to occupants of different sizes and to those sat in different positions. In the full-width rigid-barrier test, protection of the chest of the rear passenger was rated as marginal, based on dummy readings of rib compression. Otherwise, protection of the driver and rear passenger was good or adequate. In both the side barrier test and the more severe side pole impact, protection of all critical body areas was good and the Velar scored maximum points. Tests on the front seats and head restraints demonstrated good protection against whiplash in the event of a rear-end collision. A geometric assessment of the rear seats indicated marginal whiplash protection. The Velar has a standard- fit autonomous emergency braking system. Tests of the functionality of this system at the low speeds at which many whiplash injuries occur showed good performance, with collisions avoided at almost all test speeds.

In the frontal offset test, protection of the 6 year and 10 year dummies was good or adequate, except for the neck of the 10 year dummy, protection of which was rated as marginal, based on dummy readings of neck tension. In the side barrier impact, protection was good for all critical body areas of both dummies. The front passenger airbag can be disabled to allow a rearward-facing child restraint to be used in that seating position. Clear information is provided to the driver regarding the status of the airbag and the system was rewarded. All of the restraint types for which the Velar is designed could be properly installed and accommodated in the car.

The protection provided to the head of a struck pedestrian was predominantly good or adequate over most of the bonnet surface, with some weak and poor results recorded on the stiff windscreen pillars. The bumper provided good protection to pedestrians' legs while protection of the pelvis areas was more mixed, with good and poor results recorded. The autonomous emergency braking system can detect pedestrians and, in tests of this functionality, performed well, with scoring maximum points with collisions avoided or mitigated in all test scenarios.

The Bugatti Chiron is perhaps the epitome of the supercar, pushing top speed boundaries AND creating it's own 'Hypercar' category along the way. With around 1500hp the Bugatti Chiron has an electronically limited top speed of 261mph and 0-60 time of just 2.5 seconds. But it's the engineering Bugatti applied to the Chiron that makes all this possible, and while I experience my first ever drive in one of the worlds most iconic supercars I chat to Andy Wallace, Bugatti's chief demo driver about the boundaries that were broken with this game changing car!

RANGE ROVER SPORT PHEV IS FIRST SUV TO CLIMB TO HEAVEN’S GATE
A dizzying 99 turns and 999 daunting steps didn’t stop the new Range Rover Sport PHEV from completing a world-first at one of China’s most famous landmarks. The petrol-electric performance SUV has become the first vehicle to climb the stairs to the natural rock arch of Heaven’s Gate

P400e model was piloted by Le Mans class-winner and Panasonic Jaguar Racing reserve and test driver Ho-Pin Tung
The challenge began at the bottom of the legendary 11.3km Tianmen Mountain Road (known as the Dragon Road). The showroom standard Range Rover Sport P400e took on the demanding course, with Panasonic Jaguar Racing’s Ho-Pin Tung behind the wheel and the Terrain Response 2 system in Dynamic mode.
At the summit of the road, the Formula E driver optimised Terrain Response for the second part of the challenge, conquering the towering 45-degree staircase of 999 steps leading to China’s legendary Heaven’s Gate using a combination of Ingenium petrol and electric battery power.
"I’ve experienced Formula E, Formula 1 and won at the 24 Hours of Le Mans but this was without doubt one of the most demanding driving challenges I’ve ever faced. The Range Rover Sport PHEV performed brilliantly as it inspired real confidence on the mountain road and climbed the stairs up to Heaven’s Gate effortlessly."
The new PHEV powertrain gives the Range Rover Sport a zero-emission EV range of up to 50km when fully charged but Ho-Pin Tung used its advanced 300PS Ingenium petrol engine and 116PS electric motor to make short work of the road section of the challenge. The performance SUV then showed its uncompromised all-terrain credentials by climbing the steep staircase to the natural rock arch.
This was the hardest Range Rover Sport challenge I’ve ever been involved with because, until we reached the top, we couldn’t categorically say we would succeed. By making it to the summit, we’ve proven the phenomenal capability of the Range Rover Sport plug-in hybrid like never before – with a genuine world first.
The Dragon Challenge is the latest in a series of adventures completed by the Range Rover Sport after the PHEV model made its debut in a race against two-time open-water swimming world champion Keri-anne Payne and endurance athlete Ross Edgley in Devon, UK.
Previous exploits include a record-setting hill-climb at Pikes Peak, USA, a record crossing of the ‘Empty Quarter’ desert in the Arabian Peninsula and a 2,170m descent of the legendary Inferno downhill course in Mürren, Switzerland.

The craziest car I have ever seen on the road, this Lamborghini Veneno is the prototype car and therefore 1 of 1, with a further 3 customer cars produced. The asking price of this car currently was reported by Lamborghini staff to be £6 million. As you can see, it drew a lot of attention, with a bus driver leaving his vehicle in the middle of the road for a few seconds. The car caught the attention of celebrities like Lethal Bizzle and Yiannimize. This is the first Veneno to ever have been seen in the UK, let alone central London. Based on the Aventador, the Veneno has a power increase up to 750 bhp and is electronically limited to 220 mph, with a 0-60 time of just 2.8 seconds. The car can be seen accelerating rapidly and revving on the public road without any form of number plates, before returning to the HR Owen Lamborghini dealer.

World record for the Bugatti Chiron: the 1,500 PS super car from Alsace has accelerated from a standing start to four hundred km/h and braked back to a standstill in just 42 seconds (41.96). This is the fastest time ever reached and officially measured for this driving manoeuvre for a production vehicle throughout the world. The run was supervised and officially certified by SGS-TÜV Saar, part of SGS, the world leader in inspection, testing, verification and certification. The Chiron completed the manoeuvre in a distance of only 3.112 kilometres. This underscores the supercar’s unique position in the extreme performance range. The world record was set by Juan Pablo Montoya, winner of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, two-time winner of the Indy 500 and three-time winner of the 24 hours of Daytona. The 0-400-0 manoeuvre is the first step on the way to a new world speed record for production vehicles which Bugatti intends to set in 2018 and a further highlight in the success story of the Chiron, which made its world debut last year. 300 of these exceptional super sports cars, which are being produced in a limited series of 500 vehicles, have already been sold. Bugatti is presenting the 0-400-0 world record Chiron at the 67th International Motor Show (IAA) which is being held in Frankfurt from 14 to 24 September 2017. The Bugatti stand is located in Hall 3.
A weekend in August 2017. It is dry and sunny and the wind conditions are calm. The Chiron rolls up to the start with racing driver Juan Pablo Montoya at the wheel. He has a long straight ahead of him. Using the Top Speed Key which is typical of Bugatti, he activates the Top Speed mode, which allows a Chiron to drive faster than 380 km/h. A signal is heard. He places his left foot firmly on the brake pedal. Montoya engages first gear and then activates the Launch Control. The digital display beside the speedometer acknowledges the command received and the 1,500 horses wake up. On your marks! Full concentration for the driver and team. Bugatti invited Montoya to complete the 0-400-0 km/h manoeuvre under real-life conditions to underpin the exceptional position of the Chiron in terms of braking and acceleration. He accepted, eager to meet Bugatti and the Chiron.
Montoya presses the accelerator to the limit with his right foot. The 8 litre W16 engine runs up to 2,800 rpm. The powerful turbochargers speed up and there is no doubt that this car is straining at the leash. Get set! Montoya releases the brake pedal. Go! The four wheels of the Chiron receive equal power and grip the tarmac with full force. The car shoots forward, developing maximum torque. The traction control prevents the wheels from spinning. In combination with ESC (Electronic Stability Control), it catapults the Chiron forward, keeping it firmly on track. Full acceleration. The time is running. The world flies past.
The incredible acceleration of the Chiron, its absolutely linear power curve and the enormous torque especially in the low engine speed range are the result of the two-stage turbocharging system developed by Bugatti especially for this vehicle. This is one of the outstanding technical features of the Chiron powertrain. To ensure maximum acceleration from a standing start without any “turbo lag”, the Chiron initially moves off with two turbochargers in operation. The other two units are activated from about 3,800 rpm.
The new high-performance tyres, once again developed by Bugatti together with its strategic tyre partner Michelin, now face extreme loading. At a speed of 400 km/h, centrifugal force converts one gram of rubber into 3,600 grams. A tire valve that only weighs 18.3 grams when stationary develops a hefty force of approximately 45 kilograms at that speed.

It’s no surprise that Bugatti is one of the most expensive car brands on the planet, with their latest Veyron models coming in at a hefty $1.5 million. Bugatti has always built their brand around being the most prestigious, but most importantly the fastest cars on the market. The Veyron manages an impressive top speed of 252 mph, making it the fastest production car in the world by a distance.
Attention to detail, craftsmanship and elegance appears to be in the company’s DNA, but founder Ettore Bugatti always had a passion for speed and many of the old classics were used precisely for that; in high profile racing events.
Founded in 1909, Bugatti soon became a world renowned aspirational luxury car brand, however it wasn’t until the 1930’s that the golden years for the brand really set in. All five of the most expensive Bugattis to sell at auction came from this innovative era. Initially, Ettore Bugatti designed and approved his fleet of cars; however, his son Jean proved to be extremely talented in the automotive design field, and some of his eccentric designs (which his Father thought would be too outlandish and attempted to discourage) proved to become timeless classics, with a few of them featuring in the prestigious top five list.
1931 Bugatti Type 51 Grand Prix Racing Two Seater
Coming in at number five on this big hitter list of most expensive Bugattis is the 1931 Type 51 Grand Prix Racing Two Seater. The car, although still in great condition, may appear slightly worn for the whooping price tag paid at auction. This is the unique part of the car that ultimately makes it a masterpiece that has stood the test of time, with some deeming the car as ‘immortal’.
Famously, Ettore Bugatti based the design of the type 51 upon the powerful racing design of the all-American car brand Miller. The Italian racing car was famously contested by Earl Howe, who entered the car in extremely high-profile events such as the Monaco Grand Prix. Although this was his cherished car to get his stellar racing career going, he never had much success in the Bugatti. The car sold at Bonhams’ Quail Lodge Auction in Carmel, California in August 2016 for an impressive $4,000,000 (£3,088,800).
1937 Bugatti Type 57SC Atalante
This car is almost reminiscent of the Batmobile, with its sleek low design, and jet black paintwork, it is easy to see why this would be a classic collectors dream car. The car, again was designed by Bugatti founder Ettore’s son Jean. It comes in extremely authentic condition, and given that this is one of only 17 Atlante’s ever made and the fact that it retains its original chassis, engine and coachwork; this makes this car even more rare and desirable. The Atlante is a highly-decorated car, awarded first in class and the French Cup at Pebble Beach, with its illustrious life documented by famous Bugatti historian Julius Kruta. The Bugatti sold at Gooding & Co. Pebble Beach Auction 2013 for $8,745,000 (£6,752,889).
1932 Bugatti Type 55 Roadster
Described by Gooding & Co. as ‘arguably the finest Type 55 Jean Bugatti roadster around’, the highly-coveted super car is famously a road-going version of the type 51 Grand Prix racing car. Although the car was built for road and not the track, the Bugatti entered in the famous Mille Miglia race in Italy on its first year of production under Jean Bugatti. However, the car, for whatever reason did not finish. Since then the Bugatti has passed through many different hands, both in mainland Europe and the U.S. with exacting restoration completed on the type 55 in 2013 by Marque Authority Laurent Rondoni. The car eventually sold for a staggering $10,400,000 (£8,030,880) and would be the main talking point of the Gooding & Co. Pebble Beach Auction 2016.
Bugatti EB110 SS
The Bugatti EB 110 was unveiled on 15 September 1991, in both Versailles and in front of the Grande Arche de la Défense in Paris, exactly 110 years after Ettore Bugatti's birth.
In 1992, a lighter and more powerful model with 612 PS (450 kW; 604 hp) at 8250 rpm, the EB 110 SS ("Supersport") was introduced. This car is capable of 216 mph (348 km/h) and 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds.

I had an amazing day experiencing the Rolls-Royce Wraith - one of the most stylish and powerful cars I have ever driven. Wraith - literally means 'ghost' in Irish and the name itself has a sense of drama in it. No wonder this model is described using three words only. Power. Style. Drama.
It was very interesting to find out that most of the Rolls-Royce clients are self-made entrepreneurs and that 15% of them are women. This fact made me feel proud about those brave and powerful female, and the thought of it made me dream even bigger. Yeah, like my dreams were ever small...! :)
As soon as I started the engine, I had this indescribable feeling that this car is so familiar, like I have been driving it for a long time. When I asked Frank Tiemann, the Head of Corporate Communications Europe at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited, how is this possible that the car I had never driven before, made me feel so comfortable and so familiar with it. He just smiled and said, that they have been working a lot on making their clients feel at most comfort while driving a Rolls-Royce. It doesn't have to be complicated to be called luxury. Well, that did make sense.
POWER
This mighty vehicle is not just very fast, I am not going to even spend time on bragging about how fast did I go with it, but the most fascinating part for me was that you actually do not feel the speed. Instead of two hundred and something km/h it felt like 90!
STYLE
The stylish design of this specific Wraith has taken my breath away since the first moment I saw it! Not just the exterior is beyond modern, the interior has a fantastic mix of both, where history meets future. That can be seen in the panel where it's own historical background has been lit up with modern and futuristic elements.
DRAMA
For me the drama is in the fact what I have already mentioned before - it felt like I actually owned this car for quite a while! It all seemed so familiar and easy to use, no problems with maneuvering this magnificent vehicle between the tightly parked other cars. Like I said - I somehow new this car before.

TODAY IS CARTERS BIRTHDAY AND WE GOT HIM AN EPIC LAMBORGHINI SURPRISE!Today is Carter Sharer’s birthday and his brother Stephen Sharer and Lizzy Sharer have planned an epic Lamborghini surprise for him. They special ordered a mini Sharerghini Lambo cake for Carters birthday to surprise him. Carter was out riding the drift karts when this epic Lambo cake was delivered. Stephen then called Carter to come home for something super epic. When Carter walked into the kitchen he saw the Lamborghini sitting on the table. Carter was so surprised to see the Lamborghini cake. It looked just like the Sharerghini and even had the Sharer license plate on the back. The cake had so much detail it even had the Lambo seats, doors, and emblem. After the epic Lambo cake Stephen, Carter, and Liz went to the basement to try the haunted box fort challenge with some friends. They climbed in the haunted box fort and counted to 10. Then they came running out screaming because it was so scary. Today was an awesome day and was super fun celebrating Carters birthday with everyone! Like every year, London has become littered with incredible arab super cars all crowding the affluent area of Knightsbridge. Last summer I have filmed a beautiful cream colored Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport on the road in London. This incredibly good looking Veyron from Duabi, was followed by security guys in a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe. You have to love the stunning roaring exhaust sounds from this Veyron!

Compared to the Phantom Wraith and Ghost are much more modern, but they still have in them, what makes a Rolls-Royce unique. Rolls-Royce Wraith is a coupe based on the Ghost. Both cars are built on the BMW 7 Series platform. Despite being over 5 metres long, and almost two metres wide, Rolls-Royce Wraith is not as difficult to maneuver, as you may think. You have specify the car with many modern options, like a 360 degree camera. This may come in handy more than once.
