Audi R8 Spyder review - the best drop-top supercar? - James Batchelor - Carbuyer

Audi R8 Spyder review: our latest video: up to Carbuyer’s newsletter for the latest videos, news, reviews and advice: Audi R8 Spyder is the convertible version of the R8 coupe and uses the same 5.2-litre V10 engine. It can get from 0-62mph in 3.6 seconds and is a pleasure to drive on a twisty road, even if purists are likely to be slightly disappointed by the lack of steering feel. The car is fitted with a slick electric roof that can be put up or down at speeds of up to 31mph and its smart, luxurious interior features Audi's innovative Virtual Cockpit system. While boot space is limited at just 112 litres, it's no lower than in the coupe.
